The 298-room Wit hotel is positioned at the northern gateway location leading into the Central Loop's shopping district and adjacent to Chicago's Theater District on State Street.
The building's design embraces the iconic and historic corner and the Elevated train that stops there. Innovative responses to the energy issues of today including leading edge, energy efficient systems and the latest in hotel technology, have been combined with the most requested lifestyle amenities in this signature building.
The fifty guest suites at the top floors of the building are hotel condominiums that deliver unparalleled views and plans. This mixed-use project also incorporates an 8,000 SF restaurant, a fashionable rooftop lounge, conference space, and a signature salon/spa into an expertly planned structure on a diminutive 9,500 SF footprint.
