Koo and Associates is the designer and architect of record for 42 rental apartments in 9 buildings ranging in size from a 2-flat to a 9-flat.  These buildings will be scattered over four city blocks as part of a master plan by Pappageorge Haymes on the west side of Chicago.  The buildings range in style from traditional to contemporary design and will make use of local, salvaged architectural ornament in our ongoing commitment to bringing low-cost, sustainable design strategies to every Koo and Associates project.
