HISTORY
Koo and Associates Ltd opened in 2005 with a 27-story mixed-use high-rise building. The project, called the Wit, is located on a prominent corner across from the historic Chicago Theater on State and Lake Streets in downtown Chicago and is anchored by a 300-room Hilton Hotel. It is currently under construction.
Koo and Associates Ltd is also currently designing the 200-room Starwood Aloft Millennium Park at the corner of Wabash and Balbo Avenues in Chicago's thriving South Loop and a mixed-use multi-family residential development in Rockford, Illinois. In 2007 Koo and Associates Ltd added hospitality interior design services to their growing portfolio of projects with complete interior renovations currently in design and construction.
